SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as a liaison for customers, identify project requirements and specifications, and organize projects with teammates. This onsite role requires strong organizational and customer service skills.

You will create preliminary estimates using estimating software, review site documentation, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate project records from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with customer and stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including status monitoring and documentation.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough project records from start to finish.
• Assist other departments as needed.
