Job summary

Digi Security Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of commercial security projects in Dallas, TX. You will supervise installation, service, troubleshooting, and programming of video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.

The role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage scope, budget, and timeline while coordinating with cross-functional teams on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects in the low voltage electrical/security systems industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarm systems.
• Recent field experience in installation and programming of large-scale low voltage/security systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Define installation goals and timelines; coordinate with internal teams and project coordinators.
• Lead full lifecycle of low voltage and physical security projects; ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; maintain relationships with external contractors and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor project scope; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams; delegate tasks and foster collaboration.
• Develop and manage project budgets; provide financial updates to leadership.
• Conduct on-site reviews to ensure project standards and timelines are met.
