Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent coordination experience considered.
• 1-5 years in project coordination, preferably in architecture, engineering or construction.
• Experience with financial tracking, contracts, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, teams, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pipeline development, tracking, and updating records.
• Assist with initial project setup, ensuring files, templates, tracking tools, and SOPs are followed.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, scopes of work, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Support grant opportunity research, application development, and submission coordination.
• Coordinate internal kick-off meetings to align scope, roles, and deliverables.
