Job summary

Coffman Engineers in Spokane, WA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Business Systems team. This role blends project coordination with hands-on platform support across Microsoft tools including Azure DevOps, Outlook/Teams, OneNote, AI-assisted meeting tools, and Microsoft Dynamics.

You will manage DevOps/helpdesk tracking, schedule meetings, organize documentation, track licenses, and assist with budgets and content loading in our LMS and reporting tools, partnering with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or similar roles with administrative and technical responsibilities.
• Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps or similar tools, and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Azure DevOps and helpdesk tracking for internal projects.
• Coordinate Outlook/Teams meetings and manage logistics.
• Track Microsoft Finance and Operations Licenses.
• Support AI-assisted meetings using Copilot recap capabilities.
• Provide admin support in Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms.
• Assist with consultant budgets and schedules.
• Support LMS content preparation and loading.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep work moving.
