Job summary

Coffman Engineers Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Business Systems team. This role blends project coordination with hands-on platform support across Microsoft-based tools, including Azure DevOps, Outlook/Teams, OneNote, AI-assisted meeting tools, and Microsoft Dynamics.

This position reports to the VP of Business Systems. This role centers on DevOps/helpdesk tracking, meeting scheduling, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support across CRM/Dynamics,

Qualifications

2+ years in project coordination or business systems support with admin and technical duties.
Strong organization and communication; capable of juggling multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain Azure DevOps and helpdesk tracking for internal projects.
Coordinate Outlook/Teams meetings and document meeting notes.
Support licensing tracking for Microsoft Finance & Operations.
Assist AI-assisted meetings with Copilot recap summaries and action items.
Provide admin and functional support in Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms.
Help manage consultant budgets, schedules, and task tracking.
Support Learning Management System (LMS) content loading and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate updates.
