Job summary

MM Solutions, a Colorado-based provider of specialized packaging and engineering services, seeks a Project Coordinator for our Professional Services team. You will support the Switch Matrix Program Manager with order fulfillment, new design projects, and repeat orders, interfacing with PMs, engineering, procurement, assembly, and test to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires independent judgment, data analysis, and strong communication while handling fast-paced, dynamic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in a business-related field.
• Previous experience with project coordination or a related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects, including folder setup, costing details, resource hours, and QSO tracking.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and document milestones and requirements.
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate shipments, ensuring compliance with systems and timelines.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and PM to address issues and ensure smooth production.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure ship dates are met and monitor parts for multiple projects.
