VaynerMedia is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12‑month FTC role to support the wider team in daily management and client/agency relationship building. You will help ensure smooth account running, draft communications, and track progress across projects.

You will assist with presentations, reports, and contract documents, while managing multiple content types and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in project coordination or related planning duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day management and execution of projects, coordinating across departments to meet milestones on time and within budget.
• Support the account team in developing presentations, performance reviews and client reports.
• Track project financial health and share insights with the team.
• Schedule project meetings and ensure stakeholders have the right information.
• Act as brand guardian by keeping the team updated on the client’s world and trends.
• Draft client SOWs, vendor agreements and change orders for review by the lead PM.
• Manage variations of digital content and ensure delivery to partners and clients.
• Contribute to team culture with energy and collaborative spirit.
