Project Coordinator 12 Months FTC
As a Project Coordinator you will help support the wider team in the daily management and relationship building between the client and the agency. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the account, developing effective working relationships with key client contacts. You will be involved in solving problems, pushing best practice, attending meetings, drafting internal and external communications, and tracking progress of all projects across the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day management and execution of projects, working closely with each internal department (Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Media, Ops) ensuring each milestone is met on time and within budget.
- Support the account team in development and preparation of presentations, performance reviews and reports for clients.
- Assist with tracking project financial health and ensuring it is shared and assessed.
- Schedule necessary project‑related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and internal reviews, and ensure the right people see the right information before presenting to the client.
- Act as brand guardian – keeping the team updated on the client’s world, competitors, and latest trends and developments.
- Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders and other contract documents for the lead PM to review.
- Manage many variations of digital and social content (video, image, websites, etc.), ensuring quality control, and delivering/trafficking all assets to required agency partners, media teams, and clients.
- Contribute to the team culture by showing restless energy, willingness to help, and pushing boundaries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organized, hard‑working, enthusiastic self‑starter with a passion for the creative and content development process.
- 1‑2 years experience managing projects, coordinating teams, or planning‑related duties; desire to develop project management and delivery function in a creative business environment.
- Cool, calm, and collected approach to problem‑solving, remaining positive and collaborative.
- Ability to adapt quickly, plan ahead, and flag potential sticking points to the team.
- Passion and real love for all things social, with understanding of social media platforms and their requirements.
- Experience writing formal or business documents such as contracts or proposals.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
