SERVPRO of Portland is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as a liaison with customers, identify project requirements, and organize projects while supporting teammates. The role emphasizes self-motivation, organization, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating communication with customers, overseeing daily project status, creating preliminary estimates, and ensuring accurate project documentation from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience is required.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications (e.g., MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to monitor status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with and assist other departments as needed.

The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
