Job summary

AltexSoft is seeking a proactive Delivery Coordinator/Project Manager to oversee a large enterprise travel tech account. You will manage multiple delivery teams, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and drive AI-assisted insights for client-ready materials.

Strong presentation skills and experience with capacity planning are essential. You will work with senior stakeholders, orchestrate hiring and resource calendars, and lead initiatives end-to-end from brief to final deliverable, ensuring

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Project Manager or Delivery Coordinator in IT outsourcing
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding and team feedback processes
• Hands-on resource planning: capacity calendars, allocation, coordinating hiring
• Experience presenting to client stakeholders, including senior ones
• Confident daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for research, analysis and preparing materials
• Can structure a raw idea into a clear narrative and a presentable deck
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Atlassian toolset
• English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, confident in live presentations

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: define what new team members need, build and maintain onboarding documentation, get people productive fast
• Offboarding: handovers, access, knowledge transfer
• Team satisfaction and retention: one-on-ones, health checks, acting early on signals
• The performance feedback loop between the client and the team
• The hiring pipeline for the account, together with Recruitment: candidate flow, interviewers, internal and client interviews, start dates
• The resource calendar: allocation, bench, rotations, how people map to contracts
• Operational requests from client-side leads: team changes, access
• Take an initiative from a brief to a finished result: bring in the right internal experts, set the task, collect input, build materials
• Present the materials to client and internal stakeholders yourself
• Answer non-standard questions with research and data, using AI tools to go fast
• Track the client's organisation, people changes, priorities and market news
• Find openings across the client's organisation and work each one until it converts or closes
• Spot new opportunities and bring them forward with a proposal
• Keep the account context current: stakeholders, decisions, agreed figures
• Prepare inputs for monthly and quarterly account reviews

AltexSoft is a technology consulting partner for the travel and hospitality industry. We build custom software for online travel agencies, travel management solution providers, and travel tech startups, and we also run a broad portfolio of projects in other domains. More than 100 US-based and 200 worldwide businesses have picked us as their technology partner.

You will run operations for one of the largest enterprise accounts in the company: several delivery teams, a global client in travel technology, and a steady flow of new initiatives. You'll own the people side of the account, drive initiatives from idea to client presentation, and have direct access to the stakeholders who shape the account's direction on both sides. The role is built on an AI-first approach to everyday work.

You Have

• 2+ years as a Project Manager or Delivery Coordinator in IT outsourcing, on an account with several teams
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding and team feedback processes
• Hands-on resource planning: capacity calendars, allocation, coordinating hiring
• Experience presenting to client stakeholders, including senior ones
• Confident daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for research, analysis and preparing materials
• Can structure a raw idea into a clear narrative and a presentable deck
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Atlassian toolset
• English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, confident in live presentations

Would be a plus

• Experience with staff augmentation and different engagement models
• Travel tech domain experience
• Presentation design skills
