Our team is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Client Experience team.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a cybersecurity, IT, or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive mindset—able to work independently and anticipate project needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have, but not required:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks or compliance programs.
