Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is considered an entry-level role for an individual eager to pursue a long-term career in sales and account management. This role is revenue-generating, sales focused and creative. Project Coordinators are branding consultants who are the face of our customer relationships, providing branded product solutions for our clients. They are responsible for exceeding sales goals and managing and growing new and existing client relationships.
What will I be responsible for:
Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life
Hitting and exceeding sales targets
Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new ideas and solutions we offer
Following up regularly with leads and customers
Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and current customers
Documenting activities in company CRM
Developing new relationships with prospects handed off by business development
Prospecting new customers through sequenced email campaigns
Converting prospects into customers through a variety of sales activities; intro calls, sales presentation developing and pitching, follow ups, estimating
Learning and developing a strong understanding of our supplier network, industry and market as a whole
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years professional work experience required
1+ years experience in a sales, client success or account management role preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access
