Job Title: Digital Project Coordinator – Marketing (Adobe Experience Manager Migration)

Location:Remote

Employment Type:Contract with potential to hire

Experience Level:Entry-level (1-3 years)

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedDigital Project Coordinatorto support a major digital transformation initiative. This role is abackfillwith a focus on retiring legacy digital landing pages and preparing for a migration toAdobe Experience Manager (AEM). You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with state and local regulations while supporting our marketing and ecommerce teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the retirement of digital product landing pages during the first two months.
  • Review and update over 500 digital assets and associated verbiage to ensure compliance with state and local laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing and ecommerce to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist in the transition of content into Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Track and report progress using Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce environment.
  • Understanding of landing pages and how they contribute to user engagement (no hands-on development required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Exposure to or experience withAdobe Experience Manager (AEM).
