Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager with our client in the Healthcare industry. This is a for this 12+ month contract, possible contract to hire job opportunity. You may work remotely from anywhere in the USA, some light travel may be required.

Description:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager for a contract role to start in August 2025. This role will oversee certain stages of implementation projects and assume responsibility of various tasks involved in the implementation of a project, including reporting, scheduling, organizing, record-keeping and handling information flow from the Directors and Project Managers to the applicable team members.

The Project Coordinator will regularly schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees, and project managers. He/she will prepare the presentation items for the meetings and will share their meeting notes with the Project Manager. When any important decisions or action items are made during the meeting, he/she will follow up on these with the necessary parties who are assigned these responsibilities.

Responsibilities:


  • Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
  • Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
  • Coordinate and train new resources on the team
  • Maintain regular communication with project managers and team members sharing issues, accomplishments, risks as necessary
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

  • 3-5 years related experience including office management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-management and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to details even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines


Compensation: W2 hourly rate range of $45 to $55. Rates can vary depending on your experience, years, and type of experience.

W2 Status:
