Job summary

iMBranded is seeking a Project Coordinator - Millwork to provide administrative support for Millwork projects from inception to delivery. You will help ensure a world-class customer experience by coordinating with design, production, and install teams and by maintaining clear, documented customer requirements.

In this fast-paced role you’ll monitor multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders to align production timing and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful experience working both autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate millwork activities under the direction of the Project Manager through company systems.
  • Communicate and implement the Millwork process to facilitate workflow of design and production stages.
  • Clearly document and communicate customer requirements as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Assist in production timing and prioritization through planning with stakeholders and implement new products/processes.
  • Support administrative needs of Project Managers within various project systems.
  • Maintain a list of all projects for review and tracking.
  • Assist in special seasonal projects with Project Managers.
  • Review customer orders for accuracy.
  • Think creatively to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and stay organized to meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist Millworks Departments with other duties or projects as required.

Job description

The Project Coordinator - Millwork is responsible for the administrative support of all projects assigned to them by the Millwork Project Management team. With these obligations, the Project Coordinator is expected to ensure a world class experience for customers throughout a project’s lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will support the work assigned to them by the Project Managers to help to facilitate the project’s completion. This position will monitor and support different parts of multiple projects through effective communication and coordination with other functional areas of the Company (Account reps, design, production, install, etc.), in at the direction of the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will consistently review customer orders to ensure accurate and on time product delivery, while, at the same time, monitoring accuracy of all project input they are supporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to)
  • Coordinates the millwork activities at direction of Project Manager through our systems

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful experience working both autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in millwork
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, construction or architecture
