Job summary

HTI Cybernetics, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team from concept design through commissioning. The role involves coordinating budgets, timelines, and issue tracking, preparing meetings, and tracking progress across design reviews and customer buyoffs.

You will work with mechanical, design, and engineering staff to maintain schedules, release designs, and participate in financial reviews, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Hands on mechanical machine assembly or mechanical design experience.
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing-related field.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management in planning and tracking projects from concept through commissioning.
• Involve in projects from concept design to final buyoff at customer site.
• Set up initial projects: budget, timelines, and open issues.
• Prepare meetings and update open issues; schedule reviews.
• Attend weekly mechanical design review meetings.
• Release engineering designs and maintain project timelines.
• Participate in financial reviews and internal/external buyoffs.

Primary Responsibilities Project Coordinator

Work directly with the Project Management team to assist in managing projects. As a project coordinator you would be involved in the project from concept design through commissioning and final buyoff at customer site.

Below are tasks you would be involved in as a project coordinator:

• Initial project set up: Budget set up, timelines and open issues
• Meeting preparation: Schedule meetings and update open issues
• Attend weekly mechanical design review meetings
• Release engineering designs
• Maintain project timelines
• Participate in financial reviewsParticipate in internal and external buyoffs

Requirements

Education/Skills/Experience Required Project Coordinator

• Working experience in one of the following:
• Hands on mechanical machine assembly
• Mechanical Design
• Engineering
• Education in a field related to manufacturing or mechanical design
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Able to communicate clearly both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively support and work well with people from different disciplines
