Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is a global technology and business consulting provider seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team in support of project procurement, budget oversight, and governance.

You will coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and PMs to manage POs, forecast budgets, and maintain project documentation. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in SOW management, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and executive reporting across multiple projects, with strong SharePoint

Qualifications

  • 15 years of experience supporting large portfolios of projects through procurement coordination, documentation management, budget oversight, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within regulated environments.
  • Proven experience managing Statements of Work, procurement activities, contract administration, onboarding initiatives, and supplier coordination across multiple project managers.
  • Strong background supporting project financials, budget tracking, schedule management, and executive reporting, with experience monitoring multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving process improvements.
  • Experience coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking dependencies, and providing status updates across numerous concurrent projects.
  • Advanced experience leveraging SharePoint and other project management tools to support workflow management, reporting, procurement coordination, budget administration, and governance.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate SOW's by working with Suppliers, Procurement, and PM's.
  • Manage the creation, approval, and tracking of Purchase Orders.
  • Perform actual/budget tracking, including forecasting in support of PM and budget cycle needs.

Experience:
  • Project and Program Operations professional with 15 years of experience supporting large portfolios of projects through procurement coordination, documentation management, budget oversight, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within highly regulated environments.
  • Proven experience managing Statements of Work, procurement activities, contract administration, onboarding initiatives, and supplier coordination across multiple project managers.
  • Strong background supporting project financials, budget tracking, schedule management, and executive reporting, with experience monitoring multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving process improvements to enhance visibility, compliance, and delivery performance.
  • Experienced working closely with Project Managers, vendors, procurement teams, and business stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain accurate documentation, track dependencies, and provide status updates across numerous concurrent projects.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with advanced experience leveraging SharePoint and other project management tools to support workflow management, reporting, procurement coordination, budget administration, and project governance activities.
