Logic LC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of commercial and industrial low-voltage projects from kickoff through closeout. This role serves as the operational liaison between Project Support Specialist I & II, the Senior Project Support Specialist, and the evolving Project Manager function.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project logistics, subcontractor scheduling, material coordination, change order documentation, and closeout validation. Success in this role requires strong communication, proactive problem‑solving, and a disciplined approach to documentation and follow-through.

Coordinate logistical components of active projects from kickoff through closeout.
Track schedules, key milestones, and lead times; proactively identify and flag potential risks or delays.
Coordinate parts procurement, equipment shipments, and material deliveries to align with project timelines.
Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and communication logs.
Communicate schedule updates and logistical changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractor scheduling and day‑to‑day coordination.
Confirm work schedules, site readiness, and material availability prior to mobilization.
Verify subcontractor compliance documentation as required and escalatem any gaps.
Escalate performance issues, scheduling conflicts, or scope concerns to the Project Operations Manager.
Coordinate change order notifications and ensure accurate internal communication and tracking.
Maintain detailed records of revisions, approvals, and associated documentation.
Distribute updated project information to relevant stakeholders to minimize rework.
Validate that all project scope requirements are complete prior to closeout.
Collect, organize, and file final deliverables including warranties, compliance forms, and documentation packages.
Confirm closeout submissions are complete and delivered within established timelines.
Support internal reporting and post‑project review processes.
Act as a communication bridge between Project Support Specialist I & II, Senior Project Support Specialist, and Project Operations Manager.
Support workflow alignment and consistent project handoffs.
Partner with the future Project Manager role as responsibilities transition and expand.
Identify and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, operations support, or similar role.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and material shipments strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with project management software or ERP systems preferred.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and elevate issues with sound judgment.
