Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Project Coordinator to support energy-efficient building projects and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage documentation, and contribute to the timely execution of projects in a professional services environment. AEI supports growth through mentoring, development programs, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience in the professional services industry is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • General understanding of project management is preferred.
  • Experience within the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support project team members to contribute to timely, high quality project execution.
  • Work closely with internal and external client project teams in accordance with AEI policies and standards.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and document control to support project delivery.
