Jobtailor is seeking a Grant Program Coordinator to manage the READY RURAL initiative in Wisconsin. You will coordinate day-to-day implementation, timelines, meetings, documentation, and partner engagement to drive on-schedule progress.
You will collaborate with faculty, healthcare organizations, and community stakeholders to translate strategic goals into action, monitor milestones and budgets, and prepare progress analyses and recommendations.
• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the READY RURAL grant initiative
• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, communications, documentation, partner engagement, budget tracking, and reporting activities
• Support interconnected workstreams including simulation-based education, Virtual Care, mobile simulation, workforce pathways, and rural healthcare partnerships
• Work with faculty, staff, healthcare organizations, technical colleges, public health agencies, and community stakeholders
• Translate strategic grant objectives into coordinated action
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and budget requirements are achieved
• Analyze data and trends, compile progress reports, and provide recommendations or conclusions
• Serve as the initial project point of contact, serve on committees, and attend meetings representing project interests
• Develop, schedule, coordinate, and prioritize project work plans according to specifications and resource limitations
• Establish, monitor, coordinate, and control project budgets versus actual expenditures and budget reporting
• Develop, enhance, and maintain operational standards and systems supporting project teams
Demonstrates expertise in project coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement within healthcare and grant-funded environments. Proficient in managing timelines, communications, and reporting processes to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
