Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to drive performance improvement across hospital operations. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to plan, execute, and sustain improvement initiatives, developing charters, timelines, and KPIs aligned with system priorities.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent improvement certification is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards, quality frameworks, and patient safety principles is preferred.

• Develops project charters, timelines, communication plans, and performance metrics aligned with system priorities.
• Facilitates cross-functional workgroups to ensure timely progress, risk mitigation, and alignment with operational goals.
• Monitors project milestones and prepares status updates for leadership, steering committees, and stakeholders.
• Leverages an awareness of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools to analyze workflows.
• Identifies root causes and designs optimized processes, while developing change management plans.
• Creates training materials, communication assets, and stakeholder updates that support project success.
• Collaborates closely with analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
