The role leads day-to-day grant implementation, coordinates timelines, meetings, communications, documentation, budgets, and reporting across multiple workstreams including simulation-based education and telehealth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, grants, or complex initiatives.
• Experience managing timelines, meetings, communications, documentation, or reporting processes.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides recommendations.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for the project(s), represents the project(s) in meetings.
• Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans within constraints.
• Establishes, monitors, coordinates, and reports on project budgets vs. actual expenditures.
• Develops, enhances, and maintains operational standards and systems to support project teams.
