The role focuses on coordinating timelines, meetings, communications, and documentation while managing budgets and engaging a broad set of partners including faculty, healthcare organizations, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, grants, or complex initiatives.
• Experience managing timelines, meetings, communications, documentation, or reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides recommendations.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for the projects and attends meetings on behalf of the projects.
• Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans with resource constraints.
• Monitors budgets vs actual expenditures and prepares budget reporting.
