Kitchen Magic, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for installers, vendors, and team members on remodeling projects.

You will coordinate installation timelines, confirm material deliveries, and ensure proactive communication to transform customer homes. The role emphasizes fast-paced collaboration, problem solving, and a positive attitude to keep projects on track and customers satisfied.

What does the position entail?

Let customers know they come first- you will help transform their home.

Dynamic communication!

• Be the hub for installers, vendors and team members on projects.
• Coordinate and confirm installation and materials delivery schedule.
• Take action! Work closely with teammates, ensure great communication and high customer satisfaction
• Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and installers.
• Assist installers by taking material orders and problem solving.
• Swoop in and solve problems- all with a positive attitude.
• Fast action and resourceful thinking when called upon.
• Less heroic but necessary: maintain and process documentation as needed.

What is required?

• Experience working in an office setting.
• Super (internal and external) customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prior home improvement industry experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
