Job summary

Roush in Livonia, MI is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure projects are planned, scheduled, and executed on time and within budget. You will work cross-functionally with customers and suppliers to relay expectations and keep milestones on track.

As a Project Coordinator, you will develop small project plans, review data, and coordinate vendor assignments. A high school diploma is required and some basic IT skills are needed. Overtime may be required in a manufacturing environment.

The Project Coordinator will work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role
will work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. The Project Coordinator will manage all
stakeholder requirements. Day shift and Afternoon shift available.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer
  expectations
• Assist in developing and executing small project plans
• Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to
  ensure deliverables
• Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports
• Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors
• Supporting management of material for launch and production
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

As a Project Coordinator, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
• Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
• Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced
  work environment
• Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

A successful candidate may also have:

• Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
