Responsibilities include assisting with plans, reviewing data from customers and suppliers, and reporting milestones. Requires a high school diploma; no prior experience is needed, with a focus on reliability and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.
• Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.
• Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.
• Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime.
• Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
