Bachelor's degree in health, business, or related field plus three (3) years of project coordination or administrative support experience, or
High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of project coordination or administrative support experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree.
Experience in student affairs or public health.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates with the UAMS Office of the University Registrar (OUR), COPH departments, and students regarding planning for core course offerings and distribution of permission numbers.
Maintains and regularly updates the COPH Two-year Course Planner.
Coordinates with the COPH Office of Academic Affairs for the regular review and update of the COPH Course Catalog
Develops and maintains all student Advance Practice Experience (APE) and Integrated Learning Experience (ILE) plans and communications with students and community, and faculty advisors. The position will regularly meet with community preceptors, conduct annual preceptor trainings, and develop new community practice sites as needed.
Organizes key College of Public Health events and activities.
Coordinates all planning, logistics, contracting, interfacing with UAMS IT and AV, and communication for these and other events. The events and activities include, but are not limited to, the following: convocation, commencement, new student orientation and onboarding each semester, public health week activities, and the career fair.
Serves as the overseer of the COPH Student Government financial accounts.
Coordinates the collection of new student applications for review by the COPH Admissions Committee and dissemination of their decisions to applicants and department chairs/program directors.
Provides administrative support to the Office of Student and Alumni Affairs, including but not limited to, the implementation of all OSAA purchasing and travel requests, maintaining office equipment, scheduling meetings, document processing, maintaining both the short- and long-term academic calendars, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
