MCPC is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage administrative tasks across the project lifecycle, including documentation, data entry, scheduling, invoicing, and stakeholder communication. You will support project teams, sales reps, and customers to ensure timely, within-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Responsible for all administrative tasks related to customer projects, including project documentation, data entry, scheduling, billing coordination, and communication with internal stakeholders, project teams, sales representatives, and customers. Supports the successful execution of projects throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Allows clients to remove old or outdated devices from their environment. Our facility will erase all data to Department of Defense standards and provide reverse logistics to the client as to whether their devices can be repurposed, recycled, or disposed of properly.
