Job Summary

The Client Experience Project Coordinator is a critical role ensuring PuzzleHR can quickly and effectively onboard customers onto our services. The objective of this position is to administer and support our Project Managers closely. You will perform various coordinating tasks such as administrative duties, maintaining project documentation, and risk management. Ultimately, the duties of the Client Experience Project Coordinator are to support the Project Manager in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:
  1. Provide day-to-day project management and tracking of all outlined tasks within each project plan.
  2. Lead and govern basic-level clients through onboarding and implementation using project management methodology.
  3. Support Project Managers with administrative tasks such as requirements gathering, reporting, and scheduling.
  4. Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to support the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of project plans through implementation.
  5. Provide project updates to Project Managers regarding progress and risk management.
  6. Analyze risks and opportunities by monitoring project progress and handling issues as they arise.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  8. Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests.
  9. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Front to communicate and create agendas in PowerPoint, etc.
  10. Manage portfolio with appropriate documentation.
  11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Need:
  1. Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of three (3) years of related human resources experience.
  2. A minimum of two (2) years in related Project Management methodology experience.
  3. CAPM certification.
  4. Demonstrated eye for process improvement.
  5. Ability to deliver clear and effective presentations both internally and client-facing.
  6. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  7. Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
  8. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  10. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  11. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  12. Ability to work independently and across the organization.
