KenHome is seeking a Project Coordinator in Dallas, Texas, responsible for managing critical project documentation to ensure that projects are delivered on time. You will collaborate closely with a Project Manager and handle various logs and reports essential for project audits.

This role offers a clear career path, as many of our current Project Managers began their journey in this position. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining detailed project documentation.

You will partner directly with a Project Manager on 1–3 active projects. You will own the submittal log, the RFI log, the daily reports, the subcontractor compliance binder, and the owner deliverables package. When the project is audited, your work is what the auditors read.
