Job summary

Precision Garage Doors is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to keep garage door installation projects moving smoothly from start to finish. You’ll support customers, coordinate schedules, and manage project details to ensure on-time completion and an excellent client experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience in project coordination or scheduling, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, customer service, scheduling, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/project management systems.
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installations, estimates, and follow-ups with customers, technicians, and designers
• Serve as a main point of contact for customers by confirming appointments, providing updates, and resolving questions promptly
• Partner with permitting agencies and internal teams to help ensure projects meet compliance and wind-load requirements
• Prepare and distribute project-related documents such as permits, waivers, and notices with accuracy and timeliness
• Help manage failed inspections by coordinating next steps and corrective actions
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of schedules, project status, permits, and customer communication
• Support smooth handoffs between departments to keep projects on track

Expected working hours:

12PM-8:30PM OR 12:30PM to 9PM with flexibility for a half day on the weekend.
