Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives with clear communication and documentation.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage plans and SOPs, and promote best practices in project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting project coordination or PM activities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using project management tools like Microsoft Project or ServiceNow SPM.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in project reviews and provide status updates.
  • Build strong cross-team relationships to support delivery.

Location: Hybrid (Cedar Rapids, IA | Philadelphia, PA | Denver, CO)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (flexible)

Pay Rate: $30.00-$32.00 per hour

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment. This role is ideal for a professional with project coordination experience who enjoys organizing complex workstreams, improving operational processes, and partnering with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and supporting projects while ensuring effective communication, documentation, and timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and task tracking to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify project impacts.
  • Research and resolve project-related questions, issues, and risks while ensuring appropriate communication to affected stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project teams and support the achievement of project milestones and objectives.
  • Assist with defining project scope, deliverables, and required tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accountability for assigned deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, systems, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives, standards, and best practices.
  • Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support user adoption and process consistency.
  • Promote effective and consistent use of project management and business tools.
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide updates regarding risks, issues, status changes, and project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of relevant technologies, systems, and business processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting project coordination, continuous improvement initiatives, or project management activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow SPM, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal project management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Quality management training and/or certification.
  • Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
