  • Facilitating planning, issue-resolution, and change-management meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Capturing detailed meeting notes, distributing action items, and maintaining accountability across teams
  • Reviewing equipment status, project documentation, and implementation quality to ensure vendor and internal teams meet expectations
  • Troubleshooting project challenges, identifying root causes, and proposing practical, data-driven solutions
  • Supporting the deployment of mechanical equipment, automation systems, and integrated solutions in data centers
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of mechanical or automated equipment projects from kickoff through deployment
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams, operations, construction partners, and vendors to execute project deliverables
  • Track schedules, budgets, risks, and resources; elevate blockers and drive timely mitigation plans
  • Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action trackers, equipment logs, and status dashboards
  • Support evaluation and quality assurance of mechanical systems, installation practices, and integrated solutions
  • Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams during project implementations and changes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and standards within the org
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM field
  • 3+ years of experience as a project engineer, process engineer, project manager, manufacturing engineer, or related occupation
  • Experience owning the lifecycle of cross‑functional projects, including implementation of integrated systems
