Job summary

GreenSavers is seeking an HVAC installer for on-site residential projects across Bend, OR. You will autonomously complete routine installations, follow manufacturer instructions, and work with the crew to ensure quality workmanship.

You will gain experience with heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems, and related components while documenting work thoroughly and helping develop junior teammates. This role offers stability and growth within a leading home-performance contractor.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 certification or willingness to gain.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation or comparable Level 1 experience.
• Working knowledge of heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems, refrigeration piping, drainage, and low-voltage wiring.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine installations with limited supervision and follow plans and manufacturer instructions.
• Install equipment, refrigeration piping, drainage, duct connections, controls, and finish components within scope.
• Recognize and correct common quality, fit, and startup issues; escalate more complex concerns.
• Document work with accurate photos, checklists, model information, and job notes.
• Support Level 1 installers and trainees with safe work habits and standard installation methods.

Install residential HVAC systems with limited supervision on ourteam. This role is a strong fit for an installer who can completeroutine work accurately, solve common field issues, and supportdeveloping crew members.

You’ll work on ducted and ductless heat pumps, furnaces, waterheaters, ventilation, and related home-performance upgrades.

Requirements
