Qualifications

Job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and support senior project managers in keeping everything on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
  • Schedule and participate in stakeholder meetings and team check-ins
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Support the team in meeting deadlines and achieving deliverables
  • Help manage project budgets and track expenditures
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to plan, develop, and release digital projects
  • Manage team bandwidth and project timelines within the Project Management team
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience working in a development team environment
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable participating in technical discussions
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
