Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with relevant experience or 4 years of related experience in lieu of education.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ability to manage documents and schedules.
• Understanding of design and construction project processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks progress, and prepares client reports.
• Monitors project timelines and communicates updates to the team.
• Maintains project schedules and large volumes of documents.
• Coordinates meetings, creates materials, and distributes minutes.
• Assists with QA/QC documentation and filing structures.
• Supports administration across the project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
