AAA Service Plumbing, Heating, Electric is seeking a Project Coordination Manager to lead the project coordination function from sold estimate through closeout. You will ensure commitments are delivered, payments collected, and documentation verified, with accountability across cross-functional teams.

You will oversee coordinators, manage deadlines, monitor profitability, and maintain accurate records while driving a seamless customer experience in the Denver Metro area.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating residential home-service installations or similar projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling, permits, inspections, financing, collections, rebates, and job-cost processes.
• Proficiency with field-service/project management systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, and hold Project Coordinators accountable for project execution and customer communication.
• Oversee projects from sold job through final closeout with clear owners and deadlines.
• Verify installation readiness including scope, pricing, equipment, materials, scheduling, permits, utilities, financing, and customer expectations.
• Monitor profitability, job costing, gross profit, collections, and change orders with Finance and leadership.
• Ensure timely customer communication before/during/after installation and escalate issues promptly.
• Verify installation completion, documentation, photos, testing, and follow-up before closeout.
• Oversee permits, inspections, utility coordination, and rebate requirements to completion.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure systems reflect current status.
