Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi X is seeking an Account Executive to partner with internal cross-functional teams, manage briefs, budgets and timelines, attend client meetings, and help maintain forecasts. The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong communication in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with superb written and verbal communication, able to juggle multiple projects, and contribute to delivering high-quality work for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-2 years of equivalent work or digital marketing internship experience.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance/prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work to their team and clients.
• Enjoys collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and is not afraid to speak up.

Responsibilities

• Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, budgets, timelines, etc.).
• Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
• Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to maintain the forecast.
• Assist and begin to learn billing estimates.
• Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager in communicating with the internal/external team.
• Lead special assignments for Account Director, and other Account Leaders.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive ability to manage your personal time and project deliverables.
