Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi X in Springdale, AR seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to own and drive client-facing projects on-site and remotely. You will partner with Account Leadership and Creative to manage internal and external meetings and communications, ensuring projects stay on scope, time, and budget.

The role is hybrid with three in-office days weekly. A proactive, fast-paced contributor with collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Data entry speed and accuracy extremely important. Experience with Project Management Systems, Smartsheet, Adobe Illustrator a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint expected.
• Experience scoping and estimating fees is a must.
• Experience in shopper marketing is a plus.
• Experience proactively leading large, complex projects, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, own, and manage workflow and timing to implement process and create work plans.
• Create project scopes based on project brief.
• Monitor scope status and identify scope changes and impact to client estimate/budgets.
• Understand and adhere to client stewardship policies and procedures.
• Facilitate client billing process in partnership with cross-functional team.
• Create detailed project schedules based on scope of work.
• Use system tools to build schedules, assign and maintain tasks.
• Drive team and client accountability for delivery on time and budget.
• Provide real-time status updates on scope, timing, costs, and next steps.
• Serve as primary client contact for project ownership related to scope, timing, and costs.
• Coordinate with resource management on allocation of resources.
• Engage and collaborate with diverse teams and levels of management.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and client project alignment meetings.
• Present to small- and medium-size groups.
• Maintain internal project management systems.
• Identify process improvements and proactively recommend solutions.
