Viking Masek is seeking a Project Management Associate to support planning, coordination, and execution of equipment projects from kickoff through delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to keep schedules, documentation, and action items organized.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or capital equipment projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, task trackers, and milestones.
• Organize and maintain project files, contracts, change orders, and drawings.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project updates for stakeholders.
