Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes or capital equipment projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with escalation when needed.
• Basic technical literacy with mechanical/electromechanical concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical PM team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, task trackers, and milestones.
• Maintain accurate project files including contracts and drawings.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Assist with progress reporting and FAT/site reports.
• Coordinate materials and logistics with Purchasing and Inventory.
• Identify process improvements and participate in lessons learned.
