Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day administration and scheduling.
• Track and log proposals, contracts, and invoices through approval cycles.
• Prepare project setup documents and implementation plans.
• Code invoices and verify budgets with sub-consultants.
• Assist with project closeout and change orders in coordination with PM and PA.
• Learn and use client portals for contract documents and invoicing.
• Maintain staffing assignments in internal resource management tools.
