Qualifications

• 6+ years of scheduling experience with a High School Diploma or
• 4+ years of scheduling experience with an Associate degree or
• 0+ years with a Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Executes the creation and updating of project schedules.
• Performs deconstruction of project scope into discrete activities.
• Implements procurement, submittals, reviews, and material delivery timelines.
• Analyzes the accuracy of quantity take-offs and ensures all items are scheduled.
• Resource loads the project schedule and forecasts needs.
• Tracks costs, schedule, and earned value for status updates.
• Inputs and updates change orders in the schedule.
• Leads coordination of site surveys and constructability considerations.
• Produces baseline vs. actual schedule reports and narratives.
