We seek a finance professional to support project cost control, procurement planning, and WBS maintenance for multi-year programs. You will collaborate with project teams to build accurate budgets, monitor cash flow, and prepare monthly cost submissions. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential; occasional travel to project sites may be

Formación

• The incumbent must have two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail in completing work tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage own deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare budgets and manpower forecasts for multi-year construction projects.
• Monitor indirect costs by budget-to-actual analysis and variance root-cause identification.
• Establish cash flow forecasts to keep projects cash-positive; adjust as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely cost-plus billing submissions on a monthly basis.
• Assist with monthly financial forms and variance explanations.
