Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering Tech, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Accounting, Cost Control, Financial Analysis, or Capital Project Administration.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial controls knowledge.
• Experience with capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project budgets, cost reports, control accounts, and financial tracking systems.
• Analyze project spending vs. budgets and identify variances.
• Develop cost performance reports and provide insights to leadership.
• Track purchase orders, contracts, commitments, and AFEs; reconcile invoices.
