Invenergy LLC is seeking a Manager, Project Controls Cost & Schedule in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in cost and scheduling, leadership skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include managing project expenditures, leading cost control activities, and developing project schedules. The position offers a competitive salary range of $118,000.00 - $165,000.00 with additional bonus potential and benefits including health insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• 8+ years minimum work experience; 6+ years of construction experience with cost and scheduling preferred.
• Willingness to spend time on active construction sites and able to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying invoices and claims.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and identify relationships and constraints.
• Lead cost controllers and schedulers in supporting cost and scheduling activities.
