Responsibilities

• Track Change Order Requests and Subcontractor Change Orders.
• Attend weekly design meetings and manage tracking logs.
• Lead change management meetings and verify logs.
• Ensure timely issuance of SCOs and PCCOs.
• Maintain tracking projections and actuals.
• Manage spending and tracking against budgets.
• Conduct and present cost projections.
• Support site leadership and manage risk.
• Update financial tracking tools and cost management reporting.
• Review and approve invoices in D365.
