Responsibilities
Track Change Order Requests and Subcontractor Change Orders.
Attend weekly design meetings and manage tracking logs.
Lead change management meetings and verify logs.
Ensure timely issuance of SCOs and PCCOs.
Maintain tracking projections and actuals.
Manage spending and tracking against budgets.
Conduct and present cost projections.
Support site leadership and manage risk.
Update financial tracking tools and cost management reporting.
Review and approve invoices in D365.
