Jacobs seeks a Project Controls professional in Clayton, NC to support the Program Management Team. You will forecast, measure progress, and report performance, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to ensure data accuracy and timely insights.

The role emphasizes EVM, WBS development, and integration of cost, schedule, and quantity data for informed decision-making. Onsite work with a leading engineering/construction firm offering growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years in construction progress measurement, quantity surveying, earned value management or related.
• Experience developing and reporting quantity-based progress measurement systems.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and performance measurement methodologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining WBS, quantity tracking structures and progress measurement frameworks.
• Ability to collect, validate, analyze and report construction progress data.
• Experience performing or validating quantity takeoffs from engineering deliverables, drawings or BIM models.
• Understanding of forecasting, productivity measurement, progress trending and variance analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering and construction documentation, drawings, P&IDs and isometrics.
• Experience working with construction management teams, subcontractors and field personnel to verify progress and resolve data discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project performance reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills to prepare and present progress and earned value reports.
