Targa Resources is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator/Specialist to support capital E&C projects with cost control, scheduling, and document management. You will monitor financials, KPIs, and drive closeout activities while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Responsibilities include validating POs, overseeing KPIs and variances, and providing training on project controls. Strong Power BI experience and travel flexibility are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to field locations.

Responsabilités

• Receive and validate pricing/documentation support for POs.
• Monitor and report on E&C project controls KPIs, including monthly accruals by open PO.
• Assist with pre-bid supplier validation and review AFE structure in Integrify for CBS alignment.
• Report on subtask budgeting variances and support CAPEX forecast variance responses via Power BI.
• Monitor and audit AFE status using Power BI for In Service/Request Close.
• Support project closeout activities including final cost/schedule analysis and lessons learned.
• Ensure project documents are properly classified, labeled, and stored per policy; monitor Job Book process.
• Provide oversight on Job Book audit findings and drive timely corrective actions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements; support audits.
• Provide training to Project Managers and Admins on project controls processes.
• Interact with project teams and prepare reports/presentations as needed.
