Job summary

Targa Resources is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator/Specialist to support capital projects in cost control, scheduling, and document management for the E&C team. The role focuses on monitoring financials, KPIs, and ensuring policy compliance while aiding project closeout.

Responsibilities include PO validation, KPI reporting, AFE reviews, and preparing reports for management. Excellent communication and travel flexibility are required in this on-site Tulsa position.

Qualifications

• Minimum: valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Power BI for reporting and analytics required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Occasional travel to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate pricing/documentation support for POs.
• Track E&C project controls KPIs and monthly accruals by open PO.
• Support pre-bid supplier validation and review AFE structure in Integrify.
• Report budgeting variances and assist with CAPEX forecast updates via Power BI.
• Audit AFE status to ensure timely In Service and Close.
• Support project closeout with cost/schedule analysis and lessons learned.
• Maintain and classify project documents per policy; oversee Job Book processes.
• Provide training to Project Managers on controls processes and updates.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project management and corporate teams.
